Savavet’s Chevik Spray Conditioner and Shampoo offer an advanced solution for pets, combining the benefits of Chlorhexidine Gluconate (4% w/v) with a Tris-EDTA base. This powerful formulation is antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal, and non-irritating, designed to treat a wide range of skin conditions. It provides residual protection for up to 10 days, and both the shampoo and spray are gentle enough to be applied to ulcerated or abraded skin, ensuring a pain-free experience.

This product is a superior alternative to the Chlorhex Spray, also from Savavet, delivering enhanced effectiveness in treating skin issues.

Chevik Spray and Shampoo are suitable for use on dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, horses, and other animals, making them a versatile option for various pets. Chlorhexidine is effective for treating superficial bacterial and fungal infections, hotspots (acute moist dermatitis), pododermatitis (inflammation of the paws), as well as yeast infections caused by Malassezia pachydermatis, pyoderma from Staphylococcus pseudintermedius, and dermatophytes. Tris-EDTA in the formula enhances the antimicrobial action of Chlorhexidine and antibiotics by disrupting bacterial cell walls and potentiating their activity.

Ingredients:
Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution IP (equivalent to Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% w/v), Tris-EDTA, excipient (q.s.).

Directions for Use:
For the spray: Apply directly to the affected areas.
For the shampoo: Use on the whole body, including affected areas.
The spray is ideal for daily use, while the shampoo is recommended for weekly use. Both can be used together or as directed by a veterinarian. For external veterinary use only. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth.
