Savavet Galibor Oral Suspension is a hepatoprotective treatment that works by suppressing the hepatic synthesis and secretion of cholesterol, while also decreasing its absorption in the intestines. By reducing cholesterol saturation in the bile, it aids in the solubilization of cholesterol-containing gallstones. Additionally, it promotes bile flow and, in cases of chronic liver disease, may reduce the hepatotoxic effects of bile salts by decreasing their detergent action. This may help protect liver cells from the damaging effects of toxic bile acids.
