Tylevo-BH is a veterinary oral anti-infective and mucolytic preparation used in livestock and poultry for the treatment of respiratory and bacterial infections. It combines two antibiotics with a mucus-thinning agent to improve respiratory health. (Sava Vet)

Composition

Each ml contains:

• Levofloxacin Hemihydrate – 100 mg

• Bromhexine HCl – 15 mg

• Tylosin Tartrate – 10 mg (Sava Vet)

Uses / Indications

Used for:

• Respiratory tract infections

• Bacterial infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria

• Mycoplasma infections

• Conditions with excessive respiratory mucus and congestion

• Respiratory disease management in cattle, buffaloes, goats, sheep, camels, swine, and poultry. (Sava Vet)

How It Works

• Levofloxacin: Broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic.

• Tylosin: Macrolide antibiotic effective against Mycoplasma and many Gram-positive bacteria.

• Bromhexine: Mucolytic agent that helps liquefy and remove respiratory secretions. (Sava Vet)

Dosage

Cattle and other livestock:

• 1 ml per 10 kg body weight orally for 3–5 days.

Poultry:

• 1 ml per litre of drinking water for 3–5 days, depending on severity of infection. (Sava Vet)
